File a Consumer Dispute
If you believe information in your background check report is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute it under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Your FCRA Rights: Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your consumer report. Upon receiving your dispute, we are required to conduct a reasonable investigation within 30 days and notify you of the results.
